    MADAS – Terms and Conditions

    Welcome to MADAS by accessing our website, booking services, purchasing products, or receiving treatments, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

    1. Eligibility

    2. Medical Disclaimer

    MADAS provides non-emergency wellness, aesthetic, and post-procedure support services.

    • Services do not replace medical care from a physician or emergency services.
    • Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual factors.
    • Clients are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate medical history.

    3. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
    • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or forfeiture of deposits.
    • Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

    4. Payments & Refunds

    • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
    • We accept approved forms of payment listed at booking.
    • All sales are final. No refunds on services rendered, packages, memberships, or digital products.
    • Product returns or exchanges are subject to store policy and hygiene standards.

    5. Weight Loss & GLP-1 Programs

    • Participation requires completion of required intake forms and evaluations.
    • Clients must follow prescribed protocols and guidelines.
    • MADAS is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance, undisclosed conditions, or misuse.

    6. Post-Operative Care

    • Post-op care services are supportive and non-surgical.
    • Clients must follow surgeon instructions at all times.
    • MADAS is not responsible for complications outside the scope of services provided.

    7. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate personal and health information
    • Follow pre- and post-care instructions
    • Communicate concerns immediately
    • Treat staff and other clients with respect

    Abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

    8. Results & Expectations

    • Individual results vary.
    • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
    • Before-and-after photos are for educational purposes only.

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, logos, images, and materials associated with MADAS are the property of MADAS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

    10. Privacy

    Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined therein.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    MADAS shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or incidental damages
    • Allergic reactions or adverse responses
    • Client failure to follow instructions
    • Conditions not disclosed prior to treatment

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MADAS, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of services, violation of these terms, or failure to disclose medical information.

    13. Right to Refuse Service

    MADAS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client for safety, compliance, or policy violations.

    14. Modifications

    MADAS may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
